eDoer FAQ
eDoer is for organizations that need a managed learning environment instead of scattered documents and one-off instructions. It can support employee onboarding, professional training, customer or partner education, care team learning, schools, consultants, and other teams with defined learner groups.
AI can help curators draft learning path outlines, structure modules, suggest assessment questions, work with selected files, adapt wording for learners, and create structured exports such as PDF or XLSX artifacts. Organizations control where AI is available and how much AI usage is allowed. Human experts still review content for accuracy and suitability.
Yes. Each organization can have its own workspace with branding, users, roles, registration settings, categories, files, billing status, AI settings, and optional integrations. Administrators can manage learners, curators, access settings, and organization-wide resources from the platform.
Yes. Organizations can set up an eDoer environment with their name, public profile information, logo, cover images, categories, and learning catalog. This makes eDoer suitable for internal training, external education, onboarding programs, and audience-specific learning portals.
Yes. Learning paths can stay as drafts, be public or private, appear listed or unlisted, and be shared through invitations or access requests. Teams can also create spaces, which are adapted versions of a main learning path for specific cohorts, departments, regions, or customer groups.
eDoer is designed to support GDPR-compliant use by organizations in the EU. Educational data is generally processed on behalf of the customer organization under a data processing agreement, with documented roles, technical and organizational measures, data minimization, access controls, and support for data subject rights. Organizations remain responsible for their own lawful basis, learner information, and internal privacy processes.
Teams can combine text, files, links, notes, assessments, nested learning paths, extra resources, live sessions, and certificates inside a learning path. The organization library helps store and reuse approved files, while permissions control who can access or manage them.
No. eDoer helps experts organize, deliver, and improve learning, but it does not replace professional judgment. Educators, curators, and responsible teams decide what content says, review AI-supported drafts, and keep learning materials aligned with their audience and standards.
Yes. Teams can build onboarding paths for roles, departments, cohorts, or partner groups. A path can include required modules, policies, practical instructions, live sessions, assessments, and certificates, while administrators track participation and completion.
Yes. Healthcare and care teams are important use cases, but eDoer is not limited to them. It can be used wherever organizations need structured knowledge transfer, such as onboarding, compliance, product education, customer training, professional development, or school and expert-led programs.
Yes. eDoer supports interface languages including English, German, Hungarian, Ukrainian, and Persian. Organizations can also adapt important terminology, such as what they call learning paths, modules, curators, learners, and certificates, so the platform language fits their context.
Yes. Curators and administrators can track registered and active learners, completed modules, assessment submissions, grades where applicable, certificate issuance, and learning path statistics. This helps teams see whether learners are moving through the expected journey.
The first step is usually an organization request or demo conversation. It helps to share your audience, main use case, approximate learner count, preferred language, privacy or procurement needs, and whether you want a guided trial. The team can then clarify setup, plan, onboarding, and next steps.
Pricing FAQ
The Pro plan is the fixed public plan for smaller organizations. It includes up to 60 learners, 5M eAI tokens per month, 15 GB storage, and high priority email support for 99.99 EUR per month. You can buy Pro directly from the pricing page.
Choose Enterprise when your organization needs more than 60 learners, additional storage, extra AI quota, a custom support arrangement, domain setup, procurement support, or more specific branding and governance requirements. Enterprise packages are tailored during the organization request or demo process.
Yes. Use the organization request form to ask for a demo, guided test, or trial setup. It helps to include your learner audience, expected learner count, main use case, preferred language, and any privacy or procurement requirements.
If your needs exceed the fixed Pro limits, the appropriate path is an Enterprise discussion. Learner volume, storage, AI quota, support level, branding, and domain setup can then be aligned with the size and risk profile of your organization.
eAI tokens are the monthly AI usage quota available inside eDoer. Usage depends on how intensively your team uses AI for learning path creation, content drafting, file-based assistance, learner support, and structured exports.
Yes. The Pro plan includes high priority email support. Enterprise support can be adjusted to the organization's needs, for example when rollout, procurement, data protection review, or internal stakeholder onboarding requires more coordination.
Organization branding is part of the platform setup, including organization profile information, logo, and cover images. Own-domain setup and advanced branding requirements are handled through Enterprise options and should be discussed before rollout.
Yes. You can buy the Pro plan directly from the pricing page, and it can be cancelled at any time. If your organization has a separate Enterprise agreement, cancellation and renewal terms are handled in that agreement.
The public plan price is listed as 99.99 EUR per month. Organizations in Germany and the EU should clarify VAT handling, invoicing details, reverse-charge questions, and required billing information during procurement or before subscribing.
Yes. The website provides the privacy policy and data processing agreement for review. Enterprise conversations can also cover procurement, invoicing, support, data protection, and internal approval requirements.
Care team FAQ
Care providers can create structured learning paths for new staff, role-specific modules, practical instructions, policies, live sessions, and checks of understanding. Content can be updated when local procedures or responsibilities change.
Yes. Teams can prepare understandable learning content for patients, residents, or people in care, for example explanations, routines, preparation steps, or follow-up guidance. The responsible team remains in charge of reviewing the content before it is used.
Yes. eDoer can help teams provide relatives and informal caregivers with aligned explanations, instructions, and supporting materials. This can reduce repeated explanations and keep communication closer to the care team's agreed wording.
Practitioners define the content, test it in daily work, and revise modules as practice changes. AI can support drafting and organization, but local experts decide what is correct, useful, and appropriate for the care setting.
The responsible practitioners and the organization decide the content. eDoer supports structure, delivery, and optional AI-assisted drafting, but professional review and accountability stay with the local team.
Yes. Teams can build modules for recurring routines, local procedures, documentation expectations, safety reminders, and practical instructions. Files, links, notes, and assessments can be added where they help learners understand the routine.
