eDoer is a digital learning platform by Education4All GmbH. Organizations use it to create their own branded learning platform around their knowledge, supported by AI. Teams can turn approved materials into structured learning paths with modules, files, assessments, certificates, live sessions, learner management, progress tracking, and configurable AI support.

Yes. Your team can provide and verify the knowledge used for learning, onboarding, training, patient education, client support, or customer education. Published content and AI-supported answers are based on your organization's approved materials, while learner and education data stays under your organization's control with access limited to authorized team members.

eDoer is designed to support GDPR-compliant use by organizations in the EU. Educational data is generally processed on behalf of the customer organization under a data processing agreement, with documented roles, technical and organizational measures, data minimization, access controls, and support for data subject rights. Organizations remain responsible for their own lawful basis, learner information, and internal privacy processes.

eDoer is for organizations that need a managed learning environment instead of scattered documents and one-off instructions. It can support employee onboarding, professional training, customer or partner education, care team learning, schools, consultants, and other teams with defined learner groups.

AI can help curators draft learning path outlines, structure modules, suggest assessment questions, work with selected files, adapt wording for learners, and create structured exports such as PDF or XLSX artifacts. Organizations control where AI is available and how much AI usage is allowed. Human experts still review content for accuracy and suitability.

Yes. Organizations can set up an eDoer environment with their name, public profile information, logo, cover images, categories, and learning catalog. This makes eDoer suitable for internal training, external education, onboarding programs, and audience-specific learning portals.

Yes. Learning paths can stay as drafts, be public or private, appear listed or unlisted, and be shared through invitations or access requests. Teams can also create spaces, which are adapted versions of a main learning path for specific cohorts, departments, regions, or customer groups.

Teams can combine text, files, links, notes, assessments, nested learning paths, extra resources, live sessions, and certificates inside a learning path. The organization library helps store and reuse approved files, while permissions control who can access or manage them.

No. eDoer helps experts organize, deliver, and improve learning, but it does not replace professional judgment. Educators, curators, and responsible teams decide what content says, review AI-supported drafts, and keep learning materials aligned with their audience and standards.

Yes. Teams can build onboarding paths for roles, departments, cohorts, or partner groups. A path can include required modules, policies, practical instructions, live sessions, assessments, and certificates, while administrators track participation and completion.

Yes. Learning content can be created in any language, including materials, instructions, questions, and AI-supported learner guidance based on your approved knowledge. The eDoer interface currently supports English, German, Hungarian, Ukrainian, and Persian. Organizations can also adapt important terminology, such as what they call learning paths, modules, curators, learners, and certificates, so the platform language fits their context.

Yes. Curators and administrators can track registered and active learners, completed modules, assessment submissions, grades where applicable, certificate issuance, and learning path statistics. This helps teams see whether learners are moving through the expected journey.

If you need more learners, storage, or AI usage, the right plan choice is Enterprise. That does not always mean it will be more expensive than the other plans. If your needs grow during usage, contact us and we will support you with the right setup.

Different AI models can be used inside eDoer, and your organization can choose flexibly depending on the use case. Because each model uses resources differently, eAI tokens give you one clear measurement for how much AI you use across the platform.

Yes. Organization branding is part of the platform setup, including organization profile information, logo, cover images, and an included branded subdomain. Own-domain setup and advanced branding requirements are handled through Enterprise options and should be discussed before rollout.
