eDoer is designed to support GDPR-compliant use by care organizations in the EU. Staff learning, patient education, resident guidance, and family-facing education data are generally processed on behalf of the customer organization under a data processing agreement, with access controls, data minimization, and support for data subject rights. The organization remains responsible for its lawful basis, learner or patient information duties, and internal privacy processes.
Yes. Teams can use their own files, routines, checklists, policies, explanations, onboarding material, patient guidance, and approved resources. AI can help structure drafts from that knowledge, while practitioners and the organization review and control what is published.
AI support is optional and configurable. It can help draft modules, simplify explanations, suggest checks of understanding, answer questions from approved knowledge, and help teams update knowledge or keep content current. It is a support layer for learning and communication, not a replacement for clinical judgment, care responsibility, medical advice, or professional review.
Yes. Learning paths can be organized for different roles, experience levels, teams, shifts, or care settings. Spaces can also adapt a main path for a specific cohort without rebuilding the whole program from scratch.
Care providers can create structured learning paths for new staff, role-specific modules, practical instructions, policies, live sessions, and checks of understanding. AI can also help staff find answers in their own context, for example in their preferred language and based on approved team knowledge. Content can be updated when local procedures or responsibilities change.
Yes. Teams can build modules for recurring routines, local procedures, documentation expectations, safety reminders, and practical instructions. Files, links, notes, and assessments can be added where they help learners understand the routine.
Yes. Care teams can prepare reviewed explanations, routines, preparation steps, warning signs, and follow-up guidance for patients, residents, relatives, and informal caregivers so sensitive information is easier to understand and stays aligned with team-approved wording.
Yes. Teams can revise learning paths when laws, internal rules, quality standards, responsibilities, care routines, or approved resources change. AI can help update knowledge, refresh wording, and keep content current, while the responsible team reviews and approves the final version. This helps staff training and patient-facing guidance stay close to current practice.
If you need more learners, storage, or AI usage, the right plan choice is Enterprise. That does not always mean it will be more expensive than the other plans. If your needs grow during usage, contact us and we will support you with the right setup.
Different AI models can be used inside eDoer, and your organization can choose flexibly depending on the use case. Because each model uses resources differently, eAI tokens give you one clear measurement for how much AI you use across the platform.
Yes. Organization branding is part of the platform setup, including organization profile information, logo, cover images, and an included branded subdomain. Own-domain setup and advanced branding requirements are handled through Enterprise options and should be discussed before rollout.
