eDoer is designed to support GDPR-compliant use by care organizations in the EU. Staff learning, patient education, resident guidance, and family-facing education data are generally processed on behalf of the customer organization under a data processing agreement, with access controls, data minimization, and support for data subject rights. The organization remains responsible for its lawful basis, learner or patient information duties, and internal privacy processes.

Yes. Teams can use their own files, routines, checklists, policies, explanations, onboarding material, patient guidance, and approved resources. AI can help structure drafts from that knowledge, while practitioners and the organization review and control what is published.

AI support is optional and configurable. It can help draft modules, simplify explanations, suggest checks of understanding, answer questions from approved knowledge, and help teams update knowledge or keep content current. It is a support layer for learning and communication, not a replacement for clinical judgment, care responsibility, medical advice, or professional review.

Yes. Learning paths can be organized for different roles, experience levels, teams, shifts, or care settings. Spaces can also adapt a main path for a specific cohort without rebuilding the whole program from scratch.
