Terms of Use
Welcome to our platform. By accessing or using our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
Our platform enables organizations, companies, communities, and education providers (collectively "Organizations") to create and operate their own branded learning environments. Organization Administrators can appoint Curators who are responsible for creating and maintaining Learning Paths composed of Modules. Each Module may contain various content types including links, uploaded files, and plain text.
2. User Roles
Organization Administrators: Users authorized to manage their organization's platform and assign roles.
Curators: Users appointed by the Organization to create, manage, and publish learning paths.
Learners: End users who access and engage with the learning materials provided by the platform.

3. Accounts & Registration
To use the Service, users must register with a valid email address and password. Providing additional personal information such as name, bio, avatar, affiliation, or title is optional. Curators who do not provide a name will be displayed as "Anonymous."
4. Learning Paths & Access Control
Learning paths can be either private or non-private:
Private: Access is granted by a join link shared by the curator or through an access request approved by the curator.
Non-private: Available to all learners without prior approval.
Curators can choose to mark learning paths as listed or unlisted, affecting their visibility in search results.
5. Content Responsibilities
Curators are solely responsible for the content they upload or link to in modules. All users must ensure that their use of content complies with applicable laws and respects intellectual property rights.
6. Progress Tracking & Privacy
We use learner email addresses to display individual learning progress to relevant curators within the same organization. Curator names (if provided) are shown to learners to identify the creator of a learning path.

Users must not:

- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
